Why we use it
To operate accounts, verify records, route legitimate applications, qualify private commercial requests, prevent abuse, improve the service and respond to submissions.
Pulse confidentiality
Commercial briefs, proposals and identities remain controlled. IGW³ does not reveal buyer or supplier details merely because a match was generated. Contact fields are released only through the consented workflow. Review free text before sharing: automated masking cannot guarantee that distinctive details are unidentifiable.
Recruitment data
Candidate information is used only for the vacancy or recruitment service selected. Employers and recruiters receive it only through the stated routing and consent controls.
Analytics and cookies
Optional first-party usage and performance analytics operate only after consent and respect browser Do Not Track. Query strings and fragments are removed; no Google Analytics script is loaded in this release. Usage events retain an action name, page path, timestamp and referring hostname, not a visitor identifier. With consent, an origin-only source is kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes in the same tab so related actions can be grouped by broad referral category. The tab context is cleared when consent is withdrawn. Saving source context with an enquiry requires acknowledgement of the expanded analytics notice dated 18 October 2026. Earlier analytics permission does not enable this linkage. When you submit a private brief, company claim/update or introduction request during that consented window, the referring hostname and capture time are saved with the enquiry so IGW³ can compare source categories with actual requests. This optional context contains no referring path, query, campaign text, visitor ID or search terms. It remains with the operational enquiry; withdrawing browser consent stops future collection and clears tab context but does not retroactively erase saved enquiry records. You may request deletion through the contact route below. Performance samples retain only a coarse route group, metric value and date. Reports exclude samples after 30 days, and older samples are deleted on the next measurement request. Essential storage supports security, authentication and requested account functions.
Retention and rights
Records are kept only while operationally, legally or editorially necessary. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
